In my opinion, one of the ugliest building in town... but when the day turns to dusk and with a bit of imagination it can almost look nice! Well, at least more interesting!
Wow, are you on a roll. I see that you did a long exposure - it was very effective. It is hard to imagine what the building looks like in person at mid-day but it is stunning in this image.

Ugly CCI, c'est vrai, mériterait un ravalement car le bordeaux de la façade devient de + en + fade avec le tps... mais l'architecture n'est pas si moche à mon avis et avec l'oeil et l'imagination du photographe ça lui redonne un coup de peps !
