Le Père Gras, a famous restaurant located on the Bastille hill, is currently undergoing some big workings and will re-open in May but this is how it looks like at the moment!

Un peu de modernisation de ce restaurant sera bienvenue...et le panorama sur Grenoble depuis la salle toujours aussi agréable.

I would love to eat at a restaurant named, in colloquial English, Fat Daddy. Glad to see that they have been selling enough calories to afford to remodel.

strangetastes> yes it's quite a surprising and funny name! But in fact "Gras" is the surname of the owner of the restaurant!
